Screening Rooms
The Screening Rooms section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI lets you create curated collections of assets, shown in a dedicated Screening Room page within the Client UI — ideal for pre-release content.
Screening Rooms do not have expiration settings and are only available for logged-in MediaStore users.
Events
The Events section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI lets you promote in-person events on your MediaStore website or create timed online screening events — enhancing visibility and audience participation.
Video Conferences
The Conferences section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI lets you create, manage and host video conferences to stream content live to stakeholders without requiring external sharing or downloads.
Mobile Selections
The Mobile Selections section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI toolbar lets you create content groups for download via the MediaStore app that can be synced across multiple devices — ideal for sales agents needing offline access at in-person events and markets.
Recommendations
The Recommendations section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI toolbar is MediaStore’s primary sharing method, with a corresponding section in the Client UI and the option to send branded recommendation emails — especially effective for promoting content to external prospects.
Access Groups
The Access Groups section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI toolbar enables streamlined content sharing through internal access permissions, without the use of dedicated recipient messaging or the Client UI. It is especially useful as a post-sales tool for granting licensees access to specific content.
Guilds
The Guilds section in the Marketing area of the Admin UI allows MediaStore to function as a For Your Consideration (FYC) portal for awards jurors.
Through anonymized access codes, Guilds provide access to selected content using a process aligned with existing awards guilds standards.
