Add Additional Products or Assets to an Access Group:

The Add Products and Add Assets functions do not give visibility of existing products in the access group.
To review and manage previously added products, see Review and Edit Access Group Details.

To add additional products to an access group:

1. In the In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Access Groups
2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant access group
3. Select Add products
4. Click the Products field to select titles from your MediaStore library

     Optional:

• enable Include descendants¹
• enable Include unpublished assets²
• enable Permit asset download³

     5. Click Confirm to finish

To add additional assets to an access group:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Access Groups
   
2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant access group
3. Select Add assets
   
4. Click the Assets field to select files from your MediaStore library

     Optional:

• enable Permit download³

     5. Click Confirm to finish

¹ Adds sub-products (e.g., all episodes in a season), including future additions

² Allows access group members to view all associated assets (present and future), including those at Private or Company level

³ Allows access group members to export assets directly from the Client UI
