Deleting an event removes it from the Events list and the Client UI, but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.

 

To delete an event:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Events
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the relevant event
  3. Select Delete
  4. Click Confirm to finish

To locate and restore a deleted event:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to
    Marketing > Events
  2. Scroll down the filter options on the right and enable Include deleted

Deleted events will appear with a strikethrough and can be searched/filtered

  1. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the event name
  2. Click Restore and Confirm to finish
