See Share a Product via Recommendations to send a recommendation directly from a product.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
  2. Select Recommendation
  3. Select Recommend Products
  4. Select titles from your MediaStore library in the Products field

→ Click Next

  1. Review Assets

Optional:

  • select All Videos or specific assets to share from these titles

→ Click Next

  1. Enter a Subject line for your recommendation email

Optional:

  • enter accompanying text in the Message field

→ Click Next

  1. Select from your MediaStore users in the Add Recipients field1

Optional:

  • toggle to require users to log in to MediaStore
  • add CC and BCCs to your recommendation email2

→ Click Next

  1. Set an Expiration date for your recommendation link (one calendar month by default)

Optional:

  • set Allowed views limits per recipient
  • include the recommendation on recipients’ client dashboards (List on the website)
  • select Generate links only to create a shareable link without sending a branded email to recipients

→ Click Next

9. Review your recommendation Summary, then click Save draft, Schedule or Send3 to finish

1 Emails are sent individually with no visibility of other recipients

2 CC and BCC recipients receive a copy of the email sent to the primary recipient(s)

3 If you selected “Generate links only” the Send option changes to Generate links
