Assign Users to a Screening Room:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Screening Rooms
2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant screening room
3. Select Add users
4. Click the Users and Selections field to select from available user lists
5. Click Confirm to finish

To revoke screening room access:

1. Select the relevant screening room to open a preview*
2. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
3. Go to the Users tab
4. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant user
5. Select Remove from screening room
