Sent recommendations can no longer be edited or deleted; however, all associated information remains available for review.
To revoke access to a recommendation that is no longer relevant, see Revoke Recommendation Access.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Recommendations
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant recommendation
  3. Select the recommendation to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details 
  5. See the left column for an overview
  6. Go to the Products or Assets tabs to review shared items 
  7. Go to the Recipients or CC/BCC Lists tabs to see who the recommendation was shared with
  8. Go to the Analytics tab to review metrics such as screening durations and location
  9. Go to the Timeline tab to review the recommendation’s activity log
