Deleting an access group removes it from the Access Groups list and the Client UI, but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
To delete an access group:
- In the navigation sidebar, go to
Marketing > Access Groups - Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant access group
- Select Delete
- Click Confirm to finish
To locate and restore a deleted access group:
- In the navigation sidebar, go to
Marketing > Access Groups - Scroll down the filter options on the right and enable Include deleted
Deleted access groups will appear with a strikethrough and can be searched/filtered
- Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the deleted access group name
- Click Restore and Confirm to finish
