Once your MediaStore affiliation is created, your account manager will email you an invitation to join MediaStore.
Administrators can invite new contacts through the Admin UI. Note: Contacts assigned the Client platform role cannot access the Admin UI.
Alternatively, users may register via the Client UI, subject to administrator approval.

 

Signing in via an email invite:

  1. Request access from a MediaStore user with Admin permissions
  2. Go to your email account inbox
  3. Search for an invitation email from noreply@your-affiliation-name.com1 (please check Spam folders)
  4. Select the Click to Confirm link in the email body
  5. This will open a unique URL with the format:
    admin.your-affiliation-name.com/um/confirmations/UNIQUE-CODE1
  6. Enter and confirm a secure password 

Signing in via user credentials:

  1. Go to your admin login page:
    admin.your-affiliation-name.com/login1
  2. Enter your reigstered email address
  3. Enter your MediaStore password
  4. Click Sign In
