- In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
- Select Contact
- Enter a contact name and any additional details*
- Click Next
- Add contact details (e.g., address, phone, social media) as desired*
- Click Create
Optional:
- select Invite Contact to send them an email invitation link
- select Create Another Contact to begin again
- select See All Contacts to review all
Invited Contacts are assigned the Client role by default.
You can choose a different role in Step 3 of the tutorial above, or later via Manage Contact Platform Roles.
Inactive contacts do not require a Platform Role.
