1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
  2. Select User
  3. Enter a user name and any additional details3
  4. Click Next
  5. Add user contact details (e.g., address, phone, social media) as desired*
  6. Click Create

Optional:

  • select Invite User to send them an email invitation link
  • select Create Another User to begin again
  • select See All Users to review all

*Required fields are marked with an asterisk


3 Invited users are assigned the Client role by default. You can choose a different role in Step 3 of the tutorial above, or later via Manage User Platform Roles. Inactive users do not require a Platform Role.
