Registering via the Client UI:

  1. Go to the Client UI registration page, with the format:
    sales.your-affiliation-name.com/registration1
  2. Complete required Personal Details, including name and email address1
  3. Click Next
  4. Complete required Company Details, including company name and location1
  5. Review and accept the Privacy Policy 
  6. Click Submit for Approval
  7. Once approved by an administrator, you will receive an email from noreply@your-affiliation-name.com1 
  8. Select the Click to Confirm link in the email body
  9. This will open a unique URL with the format:
    your-affiliation-name.mediastore.app/um/confirmations/UNIQUE-CODE1
  10. Enter and confirm a secure password
  11. From the Admin UI2, click the Switch to Client Site icon 🔃 to return to the Client UI

Signing in via user credentials:

  1. Go to the Client UI login page:
    sales.your-affiliation-name.com1
  2. Enter your reigstered email address
  3. Enter your MediaStore password
  4. Click Sign In

2 Contacts with the platform role Client will be taken directly to the Client UI.
