This section describes the status of contacts and how they appear in the Admin UI.
| Status | Description | Icon |
|---|---|---|
| Inactive | The contact entry has been created, but not yet invited to join the platform. |  |
| Pending | The contact has registered using the public form on your MediaStore website, but not yet been approved. |  |
| Invited | An invitation email with a signup link has been sent, after inviting an Inactive user or approving a Pending user. |  |
| Active | The contact has logged into the platform successfully. |  |
| Blocked | The contact’s access has been disabled, but remains visible in the Admin UI. |  |
| Rejected | The contact submitted a registration which was then rejected at the Pending status. |  |
| Deleted | The contact has been removed and access is disabled, but can be recovered: see Delete or Restore a Contact. |  |
