Deleting a user removes it from the Users list but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
All deleted users can be found by enabling the Include Deleted filter in the Admin UI. However, their details cannot be viewed until restored.

To delete a user:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click User Management > Users
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the user you want to delete
  3. Select the three-dot settings menu to the right of their username
  4. Click Delete and Confirm to finish

To restore a deleted user:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to User Management > Users
  2. Scroll down the filter options on the right and enable Include deleted

Deleted users will appear with a strikethrough and can be searched/filtered

  1. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the username
  2. Select Restore to finish
