Deleting a contact removes it from the Contacts list but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
All deleted contacts can be found by enabling the Include Deleted filter in the Admin UI. However, they cannot be viewed until restored.

 

To delete a contact:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click Contacts > All Contacts
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the contact you want to delete
  3. Select the three-dot settings menu to the right of their username
  4. Click Delete and Confirm to finish

To restore a deleted contact:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Contacts > All Contacts
  2. Scroll down the filter options on the right and enable Include deleted

Deleted contacts will appear with a strikethrough and can be searched/filtered

  1. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the contact name
  2. Select Restore to finish
