To create a new user in MediaStore, see Create a New User.
To select pre-existing users for display in the Client UI of your MediaStore site, follow the steps below.
- In the navigation sidebar, go to Website > Contacts Page
- Click + Create Showcase
- Enter the title of your user type (e.g., Sales Agents) in the Name field
- Select Users from the Allowed objects field
- Select an Access level to determine who can view the showcase
Optional:
- enter a description for internal use in the Description field
→ Click Next
- Select users to display in the Items field
- Click Create to finish
Review changes by clicking the 🔃 Switch to Client Site icon in the top right toolbar and navigating to the About Us page.
