To create a new user in MediaStore, see Create a New User.
To select pre-existing users for display in the Client UI of your MediaStore site, follow the steps below.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Website > Contacts Page
  2. Click + Create Showcase
  3. Enter the title of your user type (e.g., Sales Agents) in the Name field
  4. Select Users from the Allowed objects field
  5. Select an Access level to determine who can view the showcase

     Optional:

  • enter a description for internal use in the Description field

     → Click Next

  1. Select users to display in the Items field
  2. Click Create to finish

 

Review changes by clicking the 🔃 Switch to Client Site icon in the top right toolbar and navigating to the About Us page.
