1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
  4. Select Recommend

     Optional:

  • click the Products field to select additional products to share

     → Click Next

  1. Select All Videos or particular assets to share from these titles

     → Click Next

  1. Fill in the Subject and Message fields for your Recommendation email

     → Click Next

  1. Add one or more recipients from your MediaStore contacts 1

     Optional:

  • toggle to require contacts to log in to MediaStore
  • add additional recipients
  • remove recipients from the Contact Selection list
  • add CC and BCCs to your recommendation email 2

     → Click Next

  1. Set an Expiration date for your recommendation link (three weeks by default)

     Optional:

  • set Allowed views limits per recipient
  • include the recommendation on recipients’ client dashboards (List on the website)
  • select Generate links only to create a shareable link without sending a branded email to recipients

     → Click Next

  1. Review your Recommendation, then Save draft or click Send 3

 

 

1 Emails are sent individually with no visibility of other recipients

2 CC and BCC recipients receive a copy of the email sent to the primary recipient(s)

3 If you selected “Generate links only” the Send option changes to Generate links
