Add Additional Products or Assets to a Guild:

The Add Products and Add Assets functions do not give visibility of existing products in the Guild.
To review and manage previously added products, see Review and Edit Guild Details.

To add additional products to a Guild:

1. In the In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Guilds
2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant Guild
3. Select Add products
4. Click the Products field to select titles from your MediaStore library

     Optional:

• enable Include descendants¹
• enable Include unpublished assets²
• enable Permit asset download³

     5. Click Confirm to finish

To add additional assets to a Guild:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Guilds
   
2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant Guild
3. Select Add assets
   
4. Click the Assets field to select files from your MediaStore library

     Optional:

• enable Permit download³

     5. Click Confirm to finish

¹ Adds sub-products (e.g., all episodes in a season), including future additions

² Allows Guild users to view all associated assets (present and future), including those at Private or Company access level

³ Allows Guild members to export assets directly from the Client UI
