1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Guilds
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant Guild
  3. Select the Guild to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
  5. See the left column for an overview including name and expiry date

Optional:

  • click the edit icon ✏️ to rename the Guild directly in the name field; then click the save icon 💾 to finish

6. Go to the Products or Assets tabs to add and review shared items
7. Go to the Users or Organizations tabs to see who the Guild is shared with internally

*Shortcut: Click directly on Guild names to see their full details.
