Manage Access to a User Selection:

Each user in a user selection will continue to have the individual platform role permissions set via their User Details.
To update this, see Manage User Platform Roles.

To change the visibility of a User Selection list to other users, follow these steps:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to User Management > Selections
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant user selection
3. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the user selection name*
4. Select Change Access
5. Click the field and choose an option from the dropdown menu
6. Click Confirm to save your changes
