Each contact in a contact selection will continue to have the individual platform role permissions set via their Contact Details.
To update this, see Manage Contact Platform Roles.

To change the visibility of a Contact Selection list to other users, follow these steps:

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Contacts > Selections
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant contact selection
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the contact selection name*
  4. Select Change Access
  5. Click the field and choose an option from the dropdown menu
  6. Click Confirm to save your changes
