Choose one of the four access levels below when creating or uploading a new asset, product, organization, event, or other item in MediaStore.
You can update the access level at any time on the item’s Details page.

Not all users can download, edit, or export items, even if the access level allows viewing. For more information, see Platform Role Types.
To override platform role restrictions for specific items, download permissions can be enabled via the item’s Details page. This grants all users with view access the ability to export or download the item.
