Edit Product Selections:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > Selections
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find your product Selection
3. Select a product Selection to open the preview panel*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details 
5. Click the edit icon ✏️in the toolbar to rename the product Selection, then click the save icon 💾 to confirm
6. To add additional products, click the three-dot settings menu in the toolbar to Add to this Selection
7. Click the three-dot settings menu next to a product to Remove From Selection

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > Selections
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find your product Selection
3. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the product Selection name*
4. Select Change Access
5. Click the field and choose an option from the dropdown menu
6. Click Confirm to save your changes

*Shortcut: Select a product Selection group to view its details and update access using the color-coded access icons in the preview panel.

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find a product you want to add to your selection
3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the product name
4. Select Create Selection
5. Name your selection and choose its access visibility

     Optional:

• click the Products field to add more products from the dropdown menu
• check Include descendants to add related products (e.g., all episodes in a season)

6. Select Confirm to finish

To create cast and crew metadata, see Create a Cast or Crew Member. `
To add existing cast and crew details to a product, follow the steps below:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
3. Select the product to open a preview*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
5. In the Cast & Crew tab, click + Add Cast & Crew
6. Select an existing cast or crew member in the Cast & Crew field
7. In the Type field, choose Cast or Crew
8. Enter a Character Name (for cast only)
9. Optionally, select a Role (for cast) or Position (for crew), or create a new one and press enter to save
10. Click Assign to finish

1. In the navigation sidebar, click Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search or filter to find the product you want to review
3. Select the product to open the preview panel*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details 
5. Select the Timeline tab to review its change history

The Related tab in the Product Detail section determines which products appear under More Like This at the bottom of the product page in the Client UI.

1. In the navigation sidebar, click Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search or filter to find the product you want to review
3. Select the product to open the preview panel*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details 
5. Go to the Related tab 
6. Click the blue Add Related button
7. Select from your MediaStore titles in the Products field 
8. Click Save to confirm

     Optional:

• click the green Sort button
• drag and drop to rearrange the display of products under More Like This in the Client UI
• click Save to finish

It is also possible to assign a product to an asset via the Asset section: see Assign an Asset to a Product.

Descendant products, such as episodes in a series, are accessible only via a tab on the parent product’s Details page and do not appear on the main Products page.¹

3. Select the product to open a preview*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
5. Go to the Metadata tab to review existing product metadata
6. Click the edit icon ✏️ to make updates directly in the text fields
7. Click the save icon  💾 to finish

2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
3. Select the product to open a preview*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
5. Go to the Analytics tab
6. Click the metrics field (Video Views by default) to choose from the dropdown options
7. Click the date fields to adjust the date range shown in the graphs below
8. Choose from Select Territories, Select Contacts or Include descendants to filter results
