Visible watermark protections embed user-specific details (such as ID, name, email, or IP address) directly into the video stream, making them impossible to disable. These watermarks can be set globally \u2014 applied to all videos in your MediaStore catalog \u2014 or flexibly, asset by asset.<\/p>\n

To add a visible watermark to all videos:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Settings<\/strong> > Affiliation<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Protections<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
  3. Click the edit icon<\/strong> \"✏️\"<\/li>\n
  4. Toggle Visible Watermark<\/strong> to ON<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         Optional<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    • Click an icon on the left side of the player to add watermarks (e.g. email address, username, IP address, or custom text)<\/li>\n
    • Click a watermark to select it and edit text, or edit position, style, or duration via the player menu bar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

           9. Click the save icon<\/b> \"💾\" to finish<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      To add a custom watermark to a specific video:<\/p>\n

      1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Assets<\/b> > All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
      2. Scroll, search or filter to find the relevant video asset<\/li>\n
      3. Select the asset to open a preview*<\/li>\n
      4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details<\/b><\/li>\n
      5. Go to the Protections<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
      6. Click the edit icon<\/strong> \"✏️\"<\/li>\n
      7. Next to Visible Watermark<\/strong>, toggle Off<\/strong> or On<\/strong> to enable or disable<\/li>\n
      8. Toggle Default<\/strong>1<\/sup> <\/small>or Custom<\/strong> to open the watermark editor in the player preview<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
