Mobile Selections are playlists of content that can be downloaded and synced across multiple devices \u2014 ideal for sales agents needing offline access at in-person events and markets.<\/span><\/p>\n

To create a new Mobile Selection via the Admin UI web interface, see <\/span>Create a Mobile Selection<\/span><\/a><\/span>.
\n<\/span>To access an existing Mobile Selection1<\/small><\/sup> via the MediaStore mobile app, follow the steps below.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the <\/span>MediaStore <\/b>app on your iOS device<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Tap <\/span>Downloads<\/b> at the bottom of the screen<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Tap the <\/span>Selections<\/b> tab at the top of the screen<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Tap the mobile selection <\/span>title<\/b> for full details, or the <\/span>sync icon<\/b> 🔄 to download for offline use2<\/small><\/sup><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Check the <\/span>sync status<\/b> with the date it was last synced and whether the Mobile Selection has been updated<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Go to <\/span>Mobile Selections<\/b> or <\/span>Downloads<\/b> to review synced content<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Swipe down on the <\/span>Mobile Selections<\/b> page to refresh with content updates from the Admin UI<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1<\/small><\/sup> Please note that access will be set in the Admin UI, and only mobile selections with access settings visible to the user will be available on the mobile app. See <\/span>Review and Edit Mobile Selections<\/a><\/span> to update access.
