  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Contacts<\/b> > Selections<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant contact selection<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the selection name<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select Recommend<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Click the Products<\/b> field to select the titles you want to share<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select from <\/span>All Videos<\/b>, <\/span>Screeners<\/b> or particular assets from these titles<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Fill in the <\/span>Subject<\/b> and <\/span>Message<\/b> fields for your Recommendation email<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Review Recipients<\/strong>1<\/sup><\/small><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          • toggle to require contacts to log in to MediaStore<\/span><\/li>\n
          • add additional recipients\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          • remove recipients from the Contact Selection list <\/span><\/li>\n
          • add CC and BCCs to your recommendation email2<\/small><\/sup><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2192 Click <\/span>Next<\/b><\/p>\n

            1. Set an <\/span>Expiration date <\/b>for your recommendation link (three weeks by default)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Optional:<\/b><\/p>\n

              • set <\/span>Allowed views<\/b> limits per recipient<\/span><\/li>\n
              • include the recommendation on recipients’ client dashboards (<\/span>List on the website<\/b>)<\/span><\/li>\n
              • select <\/span>Generate links only<\/b> to create a shareable link without sending a branded email to recipients<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
