Archiving an asset<\/b> moves it to long-term storage. The asset remains instantly accessible and visible in the <\/span>All Assets<\/b> list, but not in the Client UI.
You can view its details and stream it in the Admin UI, but it <\/span>cannot be downloaded<\/b> until restored.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deleting an asset<\/b> removes it from the <\/span>All Assets<\/b> list and the Client UI, but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
All deleted assets can be found by enabling the <\/span>Include Deleted<\/b> filter in the Admin UI. However, they cannot be <\/span>viewed, streamed, or downloaded<\/b> until restored.<\/span><\/p>\n

To delete an asset:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to <\/span>Assets <\/b>> All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the asset you want to delete<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset name<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Delete<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Click Confirm<\/b> to finish<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    To archive an asset:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. In the navigation sidebar, go to <\/span>Assets <\/b>> All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the asset you want to archive<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset name<\/span><\/li>\n
    4.
