You may want to assign some assets as sub-assets of another \u2014 for example, audio tracks linked to a specific screener version.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

To assign a sub-asset:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In the sidebar, go to <\/span>Assets <\/b>><\/span> All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the asset you want to assign as a <\/span>sub-asset<\/b>1<\/sup><\/small><\/li>\n
  3. Click the three-dot menu next to that asset<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Assign Parents<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. In the <\/span>Parent Asset<\/b> field, select the main asset from your MediaStore library<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Optional:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • add more sub-assets using the <\/span>Sub-Asset <\/b>field<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

           6. Click <\/span>Assign<\/b> to finish<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      To unassign from a parent asset:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. In the sidebar, go to <\/span>Assets <\/b>><\/span> All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
      2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the <\/span>parent asset<\/b> you wish to remove a sub-asset from <\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Select the asset to open a preview<\/li>\n
      4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details<\/b><\/li>\n
      5. Go to the Subtitles<\/b>, Ads <\/b>or Audio<\/b> tabs depending on the sub-asset type<\/li>\n
      6. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant sub-asset<\/li>\n
      7. Select Unassign from Asset<\/strong> to finish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
