<\/span>You can change your asset\u2019s access settings immediately, or set up a scheduled change for future events.<\/span><\/p>\n

To change all asset access settings now:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to <\/span>Assets <\/b>><\/span> All Assets<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant asset<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset name*<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select <\/span>Change access<\/b><\/li>\n
  5. Go to the <\/span>Immediate<\/b> tab<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Select a new <\/span>Status<\/b> and <\/span>Access<\/b> level from the drop-down menu<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
