Choose one of the four access levels below when creating or uploading a new asset, product, organization, event, or other item in MediaStore.

Viewable<\/strong><\/td>\nItem available to all logged in users<\/td>\nCreator, Editor, Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Agent, Assistant Administrator, Client<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Not all users can download, edit, or export items, even if the access level allows viewing. For more information, see Platform Role Types.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

To override platform role restrictions for specific items, download permissions can be enabled via the item\u2019s Details page. This grants all users with view access the ability to export or download the item.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
