The Add Products and Add Assets functions do not<\/b> give visibility of existing products in the Guild.

To add additional products to a Guild:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. In the In the navigation sidebar, go to <\/span>Marketing<\/b> > <\/span>Guilds<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant Guild<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select <\/span>Add products <\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Click the <\/span>Products<\/b> field to select titles from your MediaStore library<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         Optional:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • enable <\/span>Include descendants<\/b>1<\/small><\/sup><\/li>\n
    • enable <\/span>Include unpublished assets<\/b>2<\/small><\/sup><\/li>\n
    • enable <\/span>Permit asset download<\/b>3<\/small><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

           5. Click <\/span>Confirm<\/b> to finish<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      To add additional assets to a Guild:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. In the navigation sidebar, go to <\/span>Marketing<\/b> > <\/span>Guilds
        <\/b><\/li>\n
      2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant Guild<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Select <\/span>Add assets
        <\/b><\/li>\n
      4. Click the <\/span>Assets<\/b> field to select files from your MediaStore library<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • enable <\/span>Permit download<\/b>3<\/small><\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

               5. Click Confirm<\/b> to finish<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

          1<\/sup> Adds <\/small><\/span>sub-products<\/b> (e.g., all episodes in a season), including future additions<\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

          2<\/sup> Allows Guild users to view all associated assets (present and future), including those at <\/span>Private<\/b> or <\/span>Company<\/b> access level<\/span><\/small><\/p>\n
