This extends from overall perspectives such as your top viewed products down to user-specific screening durations. In addition, the &#8220;raw&#8221; analytics data can be exported in spreadsheet format.<\/p>\n<p>A few <strong>key concepts<\/strong> apply to Analytics across the system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Analytics record several main <strong>types of client user activity<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Product views: Page views of the Product detail pages<\/li>\n<li>Asset downloads: Downloads of Assets<\/li>\n<li>Screening: Video views on streamable video Assets<\/li>\n<li>Recommendation and Grant Access views: Clicks on the links provided in Recommendation and Grant Access messages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For most types of activity, you will find a <strong>general overview tab<\/strong> including a graphically oriented at-a-glance perspective of activity, top items, as well as a table-based <strong>detail view<\/strong> for more in-depth analysis.<\/li>\n<li>On most of the available <em>Details<\/em> tabs, you will find an <strong><em>Export<\/em><\/strong> button which allows you to retrieve a <em>.tsv<\/em> formatted spreadsheet file listing individual activity traces.<\/li>\n<li>Each Analytics tab allows you to define a <strong>time range <\/strong>in order to narrow down the displayed activity to a custom period of time. The default time period is the last two weeks.<\/li>\n<li>So as not to distort the analytics data, <strong>activity by non-client users is not taken into account<\/strong>. (This is determined by the User&#8217;s <em>Role<\/em> which you can review in any User&#8217;s details.)<\/li>\n<li><em>Details<\/em> tables cannot be sorted or filtered. The following can be found:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Users <\/em>&gt; <em>Analytics<\/em>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Top Users<\/em>: A list of the most active users (sorted by number of logins), plus additional details such as their <em>Top Product<\/em> or number of <em>Downloads<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><em>Recommendations<\/em>: An <em>Overview<\/em> and <em>Details<\/em> view of sent Recommendations as well as additional Recommendation metadata and the <em>No. of Views<\/em> performed on each message. This will generate a &#8220;raw&#8221; document of all individual &#8220;traces&#8221; for the selected timespan (e.g. all individual Product views) in the <em>.tsv<\/em> format, which can be opened in any spreadsheet software (when prompted, choose tab as a delimiter).<\/p>\n<h3>Item-specific data<\/h3>\n<p>In order to narrow down the Analytics to a specific oject only, you may also drill down accordingly &#8211; i.e. <strong>review Analytics for just a single User, Product or Asset<\/strong>. Apart from the limitation to activity related to one specific item the available data and tabs are largely similar to the general Analytics. These are sent Monday mornings (CET) and contains data such as the following, each presented as both <strong>total amounts<\/strong> and the <strong>top 10<\/strong> items:<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Top titles: Products with the most views<\/li>\n<li>Top videos: Video Assets with the most views<\/li>\n<li>Top clients: Client Users with the most logins<\/li>\n<li>Recommendations sent: Admin users who have sent the most Recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To subscribe, open your User detail view. Here, under <em>Subscriptions<\/em>, set the tickboxes accordingly. There are <strong>two different reports<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Analytics Subscription<\/em>: Main report comprising all client user data<\/li>\n<li><em>Supervisor Analytics Subscription<\/em>: Restricted report comprising <em>only<\/em> data related to clients on whom your user account is set as the <em>Responsible User<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, you may optionally add <strong>attachments<\/strong> to these reports. These spreadsheets are available to select:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Analytics Playback Attachment All<\/em>: Adds a spreadsheet comprising all video views (by selected <em>Responsible Users<\/em>&#8216; clients &#8211; see below) to the <em>Analytics Subscription<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Supervisor Analytics Playback Attachment<\/em>: Adds a spreadsheet to the <em>Supervisor Analytics Subscription<\/em> which comprises <em>only<\/em> video view data related to clients on whom your user account is set as the <em>Responsible User<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Supervisor Analytics Playback Attachment All<\/em>: Adds a spreadsheet to the <em>Supervisor Analytics Subscription<\/em> which comprises all video views (by selected <em>Responsible Users<\/em>&#8216; clients &#8211; see below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i class=\"fb-icon-element-1 fb-icon-element fontawesome-icon fa fa-exclamation-circle circle-no fusion-text-flow\" style=\"--awb-iconcolor:#E3001B;--awb-iconcolor-hover:#E3001B;--awb-font-size:10px;--awb-margin-right:5px;\"><\/i>In order to receive either of the two <em>All<\/em> attachments above, please ensure that, under <em>Groups<\/em> &gt; <em>Special Purpose<\/em>, the Group titled <em>Analytics All Users report attachment &#8211; included users<\/em> or similar (<em>Purpose<\/em> &#8220;<span class=\"editable-disabled ng-binding\">analytics-report-supervisors<\/span>&#8220;) is present, and that its <em>Users<\/em> tab is populated with the Responsible Users whose clients&#8217; activity should be considered in these attachments. If the Group is missing, please contact us.<\/p>\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve subscribed, you will receive the next available report to the email address associated with your User account.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, you may use the field <strong><em>Supervisor Analytics CC<\/em><\/strong> to have your <em>Supervisor Analytics Subscription<\/em> emails copied to additional recipients.
