However, in some cases such as regulated corporate networks, some restrictions may need to be relaxed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 hundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-overflow:visible;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><i class=\"fb-icon-element-1 fb-icon-element fontawesome-icon fa fa-hand-point-right circle-no fusion-text-flow\" style=\"--awb-iconcolor:#E3001B;--awb-iconcolor-hover:#E3001B;--awb-font-size:10px;--awb-margin-right:5px;\"><\/i>Please refer to your network and\/or system administrator if you are in doubt whether your system fulfills these requirements.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, please see our list of <a href=\"\/?p=3287\">hardware and software recommendations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Network requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your <strong>internet connection<\/strong> should permit a download speed of at least <strong>1 Mbit\/s<\/strong>, ideally at least<strong> 5 Mbit\/s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The following <strong>TCP ports<\/strong> should be open:\n<ul>\n<li>http transfer: 80<\/li>\n<li>https secure transfer: 443<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Email-related firewall settings<\/h3>\n<p>In some cases, <strong>some email senders may need to be whitelisted<\/strong> by your email provider or in your email client software (in order to prevent them from being rejected or going to your spam folder). Please ensure that you can receive these emails:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emails sent from <em>mediastore.app<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Emails sent from your own email address, but not your standard email server (this is required in order to receive copies of <a href=\"\/?p=649\">recommendations<\/a> and other client-facing emails which list you as the sender but originate from our servers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Network speed and port tests<\/h3>\n<p>For a basic <strong>functionality and benchmarking test<\/strong>, we recommend these web-based tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Connection speed<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.speedtest.net\/\">http:\/\/www.speedtest.net\/<\/a> (click <em>Begin Test<\/em> in the middle) or <a href=\"http:\/\/speedof.me\/\">http:\/\/speedof.me\/<\/a> (click <em>Start Test&#8230;<\/em> in the bottom left corner)<div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
