However, apart from its function of <strong>flagging an Asset&#8217;s internal workflow status<\/strong>, it also <strong>fundamentally controls whether an Asset can be made visible or downloadable to client Users<\/strong>. More specifically, Assets can be made available to client Users using Access level <em>only<\/em> as long as their Status is <em>Available<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Any of the following Status may apply to an Asset:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Created<\/strong>: The Asset was created and is now present in the system. Regardless of Access level, a <em>Created<\/em> Asset is not available to client Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Review<\/strong>: The Asset is earmarked for Review. Regardless of Access level, a <em>Review<\/em> Asset is not available to client Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available<\/strong>: The Asset is available without any reservations. Once an Asset is <em>Available<\/em>, Access levels can be used to impact its availability to client Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Archived<\/strong>: The Asset should not be used productively anymore. Regardless of Access level, an <em>Archived<\/em> Asset is not available to client Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Offline<\/strong>: The Asset has been <a href=\"\/?p=4269\">moved to long-term storage<\/a>. It can still be previewed and streamed, but not downloaded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i class=\"fb-icon-element-1 fb-icon-element fontawesome-icon fa fa-play circle-no fusion-text-flow\" style=\"--awb-iconcolor:#E3001B;--awb-iconcolor-hover:#E3001B;--awb-font-size:10px;--awb-margin-right:5px;\"><\/i>For instance, an Asset with Status <em>Available<\/em> and Access <em>Viewable<\/em> will be visible\/streamable, but not downloadable by client Users.
