Additionally, Users and Organizations also come with an Access setting which determines their visibility. The following tools are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For each Product and Asset, set an individual <a href=\"\/?p=2975\">Access level<\/a><\/strong> which impacts its availability to Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For Assets only, use <a href=\"\/?p=3102\">Asset Status<\/a> to &#8220;activate&#8221; or archive an Asset <\/strong>in order to fundamentally control its availability to client Users.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Use <a href=\"\/?p=2955\">Groups<\/a> to grant specific Users or Organizations privileged Access<\/strong> to certain Products and Assets.
