Additionally, Groups and Events allow you to, respectively, assign privileged access to certain Products and\/or Assets to particular Users, and schedule changes to these special access settings. The following sections are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <em>Organizations<\/em> and <em>Users<\/em> sections to access the database itself. Here, you can <a href=\"\/?p=2880\">create, approve and invite<\/a> as well as <a href=\"\/?p=2838\">view and manage<\/a> them, including their <a href=\"\/?p=2889\">Status<\/a> and <a href=\"\/?p=4015\">Access level<\/a>. Fundamental information on how Users and Organizations are structured can be found <a href=\"\/?p=2900\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><em>Roles<\/em> (available to admin-level users only) lets you review available User Roles and the privileges available to Users in each of them. Fundamental information about User Roles can be found <a href=\"\/?p=2900\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/?p=2955\"><em>Groups<\/em><\/a> can be used to compile Products and Assets, assign privileged Product and\/or Asset access to certain Users and Organizations, and send preview or download links via email.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/?p=3112\"><em>Events<\/em><\/a> provide an overview of pending Access changes.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/?p=3022\"><em>Settings<\/em><\/a> let you review fundamental options pertaining to your platform itself as well as your client site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i class=\"fb-icon-element-1 fb-icon-element fontawesome-icon fa fa-hand-point-right circle-no fusion-text-flow\" style=\"--awb-iconcolor:#E3001B;--awb-iconcolor-hover:#E3001B;--awb-font-size:10px;--awb-margin-right:5px;\"><\/i>By default, User accounts&#8217; passwords do not expire. However, it is possible to define an expiry period; in this case, the User will receive up-front reminders to update their password and, after expiry, will be prompted to set a new password. Furthermore, certain user roles can be exempted from password expiry.
