More specifically, the following concepts apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each <strong>User<\/strong> must be associated with one single Organization.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>Organization<\/strong> may include one or several Users, but it may also include none.<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>login<\/strong>, a User account is required; Organization accounts as such are used for grouping only and do not come with any access credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Therefore, in order to set up a new User entry (e.g. to <a href=\"\/?p=2880\">invite<\/a> the User), a suitable Organization entry must be present.<\/p>\n<h3>Client vs. Admin Users<\/h3>\n<p>The MediaStore system can typically be accessed through both a client site (typically a customer-facing catalog and screening platform) and an admin site (which includes user, content and asset management capabilities). Through <strong>User Roles<\/strong>, which can be customized, each User can be given suitable privileges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Client Users<\/strong> may <em>only<\/em> login to the client site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Admin Users<\/strong> may login to the client site <em>and<\/em> the admin site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When preparing a User for signup, you will be required to assign a Role.
