{"id":2889,"date":"2016-04-22T09:29:21","date_gmt":"2016-04-22T09:29:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mediastoresupport.live-website.com\/?p=2889"},"modified":"2019-04-15T11:36:50","modified_gmt":"2019-04-15T11:36:50","slug":"user-status","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mediastore.support\/?p=2889","title":{"rendered":"User Status"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Any of the following Status may apply to a User:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inactive<\/strong>: The User entry has been created, but the User has not been invited to join the platform yet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pending<\/strong>: The client has submitted a registration on the public portion of your client site, but the registration has not been processed yet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Invited<\/strong>: The User has been sent an invitation email with a signup link. This occurs either as a result of inviting an <em>Inactive<\/em> User or approving a <em>Pending<\/em> User.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong>: The User can login to the platform in accordance with the Role they were assigned.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blocked<\/strong>: The User&#8217;s access credentials have been invalidated and they cannot login any further. However, the User entry remains available to review within the admin site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rejected<\/strong>: The User submitted a registration which was then rejected at the <em>Pending<\/em> status.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deleted<\/strong>: The User entry has been deleted and will be permanently erased from the system shortly. Deleted Users will only be shown if you specifically filter for <em>Include deleted<\/em> in the <em>Users<\/em> section.
