Create a Division:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Settings > Divisions
2. Click + Create Division
3. Enter a title in the Division name field
4. Click Create to finish

5. To add a sub-division, click the three-dot settings menu next to the main division
6. Select Add sub-division¹

¹ All items shared with a sub-division are automatically shared with its main division.
