Visible watermark protections embed user-specific details (such as ID, name, email, or IP address) directly into the video stream, making them impossible to disable. These watermarks can be set globally — applied to all videos in your MediaStore catalog — or flexibly, asset by asset.

 

To add a visible watermark to all videos:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Settings > Affiliation
  2. Go to the Protections tab
  3. Click the edit icon ✏️
  4. Toggle Visible Watermark to ON

     Optional:

  • Click an icon on the left side of the player to add watermarks (e.g. email address, username, IP address, or custom text)
  • Click a watermark to select it and edit text, or edit position, style, or duration via the player menu bar

     9. Click the save icon 💾 to finish

To add a custom watermark to a specific video:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Assets > All Assets
  2. Scroll, search or filter to find the relevant video asset
  3. Select the asset to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
  5. Go to the Protections tab
  6. Click the edit icon ✏️
  7. Next to Visible Watermark, toggle Off or On to enable or disable
  8. Toggle Default1 or Custom to open the watermark editor in the player preview

     Optional:

  • Click an icon on the left side of the player to add watermarks (e.g. email address, username, IP address, or custom text)
  • Click a watermark to select it and edit text, or edit position, style, or duration via the player menu bar

     9. Click the save icon 💾 to finish

 

*Shortcut: Click directly on asset names to access their full details.
