Workspace details are configured during initial setup and rarely need changing.
However, some functions are accessible in the Settings section of the Admin UI.
- In the navigation sidebar, go to Settings > Affiliation
- Click the edit icon
in the detail window
General tab options:
- Upload a Logo or Brand Header (displayed top-left in the Admin UI and in the Mobile App)
- Set Password Expiration limits for users
- Switch between Domain name options1
Email Settings tab options:
- Add or edit Contact or Reply-to addresses shown in the Client UI
- Add or edit default CC/BCC addresses (e.g. for Recommendation emails)
- Add an address to be notified when a user registers
Mobile App tab options:
- Add or remove MediaStore web features (e.g. Conferencing)2 from the mobile app
- Change the Background and Signature colors
- Upload a Splash Screen image or video for second-screen casting
Advanced features such as the Protections tab are available in addition to the standard MediaStore suite. To find out more, contact info@mediafellows.com or your MediaStore account manager.
