Workspace details are configured during initial setup and rarely need changing.
However, some functions are accessible in the Settings section of the Admin UI.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Settings > Affiliation
  2. Click the edit icon ✏️ in the detail window

 

General tab options:

  • Upload a Logo or Brand Header (displayed top-left in the Admin UI and in the Mobile App)
  • Set Password Expiration limits for users
  • Switch between Domain name options1

Email Settings tab options:

  • Add or edit Contact or Reply-to addresses shown in the Client UI
  • Add or edit default CC/BCC addresses (e.g. for Recommendation emails)
  • Add an address to be notified when a user registers

Mobile App tab options:

  • Add or remove MediaStore web features (e.g. Conferencing)2  from the mobile app
  • Change the Background and Signature colors
  • Upload a Splash Screen image or video for second-screen casting

 

Advanced features such as the Protections tab are available in addition to the standard MediaStore suite. To find out more, contact info@mediafellows.com or your MediaStore account manager.
