When you open an item, its detail window appears. This window displays all information about the item and its related items, organized into tabs.

The detail window menu bar includes consistent functions across the Admin UI:                                                                                                                         

  • Color-coded access bar: Quick-update access levels
  • Edit icon: Update the information shown in the detail window
  • Settings menu: Access key actions for the item

 

Some sections of the Admin UI also display additional action icons, including:

  • Email: Open a new message in your email provider to the associated contact or organization address
  • Delete: Soft-delete the item (which can be restored)
