The navigation sidebar (on the left) contains the following sections:

  • Create New: Menu for generating and uploading
  • Dashboard: Default homepage with an overview of assets and analytics
  • Contacts: Lists all team members in your workspace along with their access levels
  • Products: Lists all content titles and their metadata in your workspace
  • Assets: Lists all files and their metadata in your workspace
  • Website: Manage the display of products, news, events, assets, and company information for your client site
  • Marketing: Houses all sales functionality, including Recommendations, Markets, and Events.
  • Access: Add and manage screening groups
  • Analytics: Provides detailed insights on content interactions
  • Settings: View your MediaStore Affiliation details, and organize Genres.

 

Some advanced features situated in the Navigation Sidebar will only be displayed if you have added them to your MediaStore package, including:

  • Marketing > Conferences: Create and host live video streaming conference calls
  • Meetings: Use the MediaStore Meetings Manager to organise your sales agents’ calendars
  • Fulfilment: Set up and monitor asset deliveries and licenses
  • Settings > Divisions: Set up different teams within your company workspace.
