Archiving an asset moves it to long-term storage. The asset remains instantly accessible and visible in the All Assets list, but not in the Client UI.
You can view its details and stream it in the Admin UI, but it cannot be downloaded until restored.
Deleting an asset removes it from the All Assets list and the Client UI, but keeps it in a soft-deleted and recoverable state.
All deleted assets can be found by enabling the Include Deleted filter in the Admin UI. However, they cannot be viewed, streamed, or downloaded until restored.
