If an asset fails to ingest properly, it may be due to a connection issue rather than a problem with the file itself.
Re-ingesting lets the system process the asset again without needing to re-upload.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Assets > All assets
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the asset you wish to re-ingest
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of the asset
  4. Select Re-ingest 

 

Depending on file size and connectivity, the re-ingest process may take a few minutes.
