- In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Conference
- Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant conference
- Select the conference to open a preview*
- In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
- Go to the Overview tab to review conference details
- Click the edit icon ✏️ to change details:
- edit information directly in the text fields
- click Change image to upload a new banner/preview image, or the delete icon 🗑️ to remove
- click the Moderator field to select from your MediaStore contacts
- click the Conference Time fields to select new dates from the calendar
- check the Disable waiting room box to allow attendees to join the conference without moderator approval
- Click the save icon 💾 to finish
