1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Conference
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant conference
  3. Select the conference to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details 
  5. Go to the Overview tab to review conference details
  6. Click the edit icon ✏️ to change details:
  • edit information directly in the text fields
  • click Change image to upload a new banner/preview image, or the delete icon 🗑️ to remove
  • click the Moderator field to select from your MediaStore contacts
  • click the Conference Time fields to select new dates from the calendar
  • check the Disable waiting room box to allow attendees to join the conference without moderator approval
  1. Click the save icon  💾 to finish
