1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Mobile Selections
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant mobile selection
  3. Select Recommend Products
  4. Review Products:

Optional:

  • add new titles from your MediaStore library in the Products field
  • drag and drop or use the arrows on the left to rearrange products
  • click the delete icon ✖️ on the right of a product to remove individually, or click Clear All to remove in bulk

    • All changes made at this stage will affect the recommendation being sent, not the base mobile selection.

→ Click Next

5. Review Assets

Optional:

  • select All Videos or specific assets to share from these titles

→ Click Next

6. Enter a Subject line for your recommendation email

Optional:

  • enter accompanying text in the Message field

→ Click Next

7. Select from your MediaStore users in the Add Recipients field1

Optional:

  • toggle to require users to log in to MediaStore2
  • add CC and BCCs to your recommendation email

→ Click Next

8. Set an Expiration date for your recommendation link (one calendar month by default)

Optional:

  • set Allowed views limits per recipient
  • include the recommendation on recipients’ client dashboards (List on the website)
  • select Generate links only to create a shareable link without sending a branded email to recipients

→ Click Next

9. Review your recommendation Summary, then Save draft or click Send3 to finish


1 Emails are sent individually with no visibility of other recipients

2 CC and BCC recipients receive a copy of the email sent to the primary recipient(s)

3 If you selected “Generate links only,” the Send option changes to Generate links
