Once a generated code is used to log in to the MediaStore, it is labeled active.
This automatically creates a MediaStore user visible in the Contacts section of the Admin UI with the usual analytics, but no additional identifying information.

Some Guilds may use external programs to generate codes to their specifications.
In that case, you can still manage code usage, expiration, and delivery by uploading them as a spreadsheet.

 

To generate (additional) codes:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to
    Marketing > Guilds
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant guild
  3. Select Generate Additional Codes
  4. Enter the desired number of codes
  5. Click Submit to finish

To upload access codes:

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to
    Marketing > Guilds
  2. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the relevant guild
  3. Select Upload Codes
  4. Drag and drop or browse to upload an XLS file containing
    pre-generated codes    1
  5. Click Upload to finish
