To revoke a user’s access to a Guild, you must first identify their access code.
To retain juror anonymity this information is not stored in MediaStore.

 

  1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Marketing > Guilds
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant Guild
  3. Select the Guild to open a preview*
  4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
  5. Go to the Codes tab
  6. Click the three-dot settings menu next to the code you want to revoke
  7. Select Delete to confirm — this code will no longer grant access to MediaStore
