Impersonating a user lets you view your website with the same permissions as that user, so you can verify their experience and ensure they have the correct access.

  1. In the navigation sidebar, click User Management > Users
  2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the user you want to impersonate
  3. Click the three-dot settings menu to the right of their username
  4. Click Impersonate

A new tab will open showing the client view for that user.
