Edit User Profile in the iOS Mobile App:

Some profile settings can be managed in the mobile app. For anything not listed below, please use the Admin UI web interface.

 

1. Log in to the MediaStore app on your iOS device
2. From the Home screen, tap the profile icon 👤
3. Tap Profile to review or update your name, contact number, and preferred programming/genres
4. Tap Password to change your password  

 

Please note: all changes made, including password resets, will apply to the MediaStore web interface.
