Via Settings > Affiliations, you may review various fundamental system settings. Several tabs are available.

Some of these Settings can only be viewed or modified by high-level admin users.

  • Key Data
    • Id: fixed system identifier.
    • Brand Header: Title for the header of the admin site (shown in the title above the navigation).
    • Public Access: Defines whether your platform allows public browsing of Public content. Usually this decision is made during the implementation phase and cannot be modified easily later.
    • Password Expiration (Days): The period after which user passwords expire. By default, passwords are set never to expire. If a number of days is entered here, any users approaching their expiry will be notified in advance and, if they have not set a new password before the expiry date, will be prompted to set a new when trying to log in. Note that certain user roles can be exempted from password expiry via the Roles settings; please let us know if you would like to add this functionality.
    • Primary Seller Domain: The primary domain for the admin site. This is defined during the implementation phase and cannot be modified easily later.
    • Primary Buyer Domain: The primary domain for the client site. This is defined during the implementation phase and cannot be modified easily later.
  • Email Settings
    • Email Cc: CC recipient of all system-generated emails.
    • Email Bcc: BCC recipient of all system-generated emails.
    • Email Reply To: Reply-to address on all system-generated emails.
    • Registration Notification Emails: Email addresses receiving notification on all incoming client registrations.
  • Buyer and Seller Domains: Domains used for the client and admin sites, including the options to create a New domain and Delete an existing one. This is defined during the implementation phase and cannot be modified easily later.
